Return/Refund Policy

At Funsextoys, we want you to have fun and play with confidence. Part of our mission is to help you make an informed decision before purchasing by providing great product descriptions, dimensions, photos or videos. Please read all product descriptions, ingredient lists and sizes carefully before purchasing, and if you are unsure of your options, please feel free to contact us for any product related questions. Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel and refund.

Due to the privacy of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchased products unless there is a manufacturer defect. For health and safety reasons, once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.

We ask that you inspect all products as soon as you receive them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you are receiving exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer’s defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with an identical product. Just follow the instructions below.

When you find a defective item within 15 days of receipt, please contact us using the form below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number in order to process them. We will not accept any returns without it.

After receiving your RMA number, please return the item in its original packaging to the address we will provide you within 30 days of shipment. Items returned without their original packaging will not be returned, so please keep all packaging for the 30-day return period. If you have further questions or issues, please contact us.

Please allow up to 1 week to receive your replacement.

Our toys are brand new and unopened. If you encounter quality problems, the goods do not match the pictures and other problems. Please don’t worry, take a video first and contact online customer service. After the verification is completed, an exchange or refund will be processed.
