When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times will vary as we ship globally from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

Do I need to pay tax?
You can rest assured at home waiting for it to be delivered to your door. You do not need to pay the customs department for this to collect the goods. We will bear all taxes.

How to check my courier?
Click on Logistics Inquiry and enter your order number to inquire. (Order number will be sent to your mailbox within 3-7 days after shipment)

Estimated delivery time:

*Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order ships.
Due to Covid-19, there will be some delay in delivery.

Discreet Shipping:
You don’t need to worry about others knowing what’s inside; we pack all packages in plain brown boxes. Our store name is not mentioned on the packaging. The “Sender section” will simply read “Department of Transportation”. All billing will be sent in “personal” name. Until you receive it, the process is that no one will know what’s inside.
